Just before construction begins, you will meet with your Sales Representative and Project Manager for a Pre-Construction Meeting. We will take time to carefully review all of your selections and guide you through all of the steps of the building process, giving you the peace of mind you deserve.
When framing is complete, we will walk you through your home in detail. This allows you to see first-hand the quality of construction, and we address any questions before the drywall is installed.
When your home is complete, you'll return just before settlement for a thorough review of your home, including orientation on all of its systems and features. We’ll address all of your questions before you move into your new home.
Our team makes the closing process simple and understandable so you can enjoy moving right into your new NVHome.
Just because construction has ended, our commitment to Customer Care has not. After you have had the opportunity to experience your new home for approximately 30 days, our team returns to address any questions you may have.
After you've lived in your new NVHome for almost a year, a Warranty Service Representative will schedule a visit to your home in an effort to address your concerns and answer any questions you may have. In addition, we will provide you a complimentary One-Year Drywall Certificate to repair any settlement-related drywall issues that are often common.
NVHomes' comprehensive and transferable Warranty Coverage applies to major systems in your home for two years, and covering the structure of the home for a full decade.
