DIRECTIONS:

-Turn onto Rt. 54 West
-Go approximately 3.5 miles to a left at the Harris Teeter- community entrance to Bayside.
-Make first right onto Signature Blvd.
-Follow Signature Blvd. straight into "The Commons".
-Follow signs to the Bornquist model, directly past the round-a-bout on the right.
