Cedar Creek Singles

On a cold winter morning we drove into the Cedar Creek after looking at several homes in Columbia, by the time we left, we had a contract to build our new home by NV Homes in the Cedar Creek community!!!! Mary Anne let us tour the model home, sat us down and walked us through the process. Her outstanding expertise and excellent knowledge made it easy for me and my husband to make a decision to buy our home in the Cedar Creek community!!!Mary Anne was available throughout the whole process both during and outside work hours! She promptly responded to our phone calls, emails and text messages…her service is purely outstanding!!! We are very happy in our new dream home. We also appreciate the seasonal community get togethers arranged by Mary Anne for the Cedar Creek community to get to know each other! This continues to display Mary Anne’s personal care for each and every one of her clients, the relationships built are lifetime…. I am highly recommending her to all potential new home buyers!!! Our project manager Mike Schimdt did a wonderful job walking us through the build process and keeping us updated by photos of our new home, he built excitement and enthusiasm at every stage of the build until completion. He communicated well during walkthroughs and answered all our questions. We also appreciate his proactiveness in fixing any issues encountered after moving in. Lastly, I appreciate our loan processors Justine and Preston for doing a great job from loan application until settlement and the settlement agents Kiara.

We just purchased a single family home in this community. So far the experience has been very positive. The sales rep Mary Anna Long is very professional and dedicated, always responds to our needs in a helpful and timely manner. I am looking forward to meeting other member of their team in the next phase of building our new home

We moved into our beautiful new home in May and love it! Mary Anne has been great throughout the entire process. Super helpful, patient, accessible and great fun to work with! We really appreciated her professionalism, dedication and positive energy. The build was smooth and well managed by Todd. We were kept up to date on the progress throughout the project and all our (many!) questions were answered promptly and with transparency. Cedar Creek is a great community to call home!

We are in and settled and I am finally getting a chance to write an over-due review. We had a great experience with our project manager, Todd, and sales rep, Mary Anne. Both were very responsive, professional and transparent throughout the build process. Mary Anne even helped us find schools, sports teams and other clients in the area as we were new to Maryland. Thank you for a great process and for working with us while we built a home out of state. We love our new home and the Cedar Creek community.
