We were among the earliest buyers. There were some teething pains, like with any community, but things are definitely coming together now. This already seems like a pretty close-knit community - lots of socializing and plenty of people helping each other out with cat sitting, taking in packages, etc. Love the HUGE basement in our house, with its high ceilings. That was a big selling point for me. And NV has been very responsive in taking care of issues at the 1-year mark for our house (nothing major). As for the layout of the community - the property manager said we have more open space per house than any other local NV community. Nice!
