We stopped by at Bloomfields, planning on ruling out a 55+ community but when we saw the houses (especially the ceiling heights) we realized it could work. Working with Amie and all the other staff, who answered all our questions, we decided to buy. The entire process has been wonderful, at no time did we feel any pressure to buy or make decisions before we were ready. We're looking forward to moving to Bloomfields in December 2026.

In my senior home construction journey, I am very lucky to have Gerst Farm’s Madisyn M (sales) and Dave C (construction foreman). I call them the “A-Team” because they are simply the best. IMO they are both excellent examples of what sets the NV Homes buyer experience apart from that of other DMV builders. Dave C. and Madisyn M. are detail-oriented and careful when putting together the myriad components of a new construction home. When communicating the complexities of home building and construction features, they are honest, straight-shooters and communicate clearly. Both are also very organized, carefully and patiently guiding clients through the many steps of the new home construction process every step of the way. But more than that, Madison and Dave care. They take their jobs seriously. They do their best to ensure clients are not just satisfied, but also very happy in their new homes. They listen intently to concerns and address them. In my experience, that sets them apart and makes them special. In my case, I have specific requirements and special needs for my new senior living space. I need those things to keep me safe, healthy, and productive at home. So far, both Madisyn and Dave have gone the extra mile on multiple occasions to make sure that I get what I need. That extra care and customization has covered everything from selection of floor plan and building site to interior and exterior features. This is a completely different experience from other over-55 communities I have considered that had almost zero age-friendly features, charged significantly extra for them, and often acted like I was silly to be asking for them.. Working with Dave and Madisyn, as well as and the other great members of the NV team (Juliana, Ryan, Carolyn), literally is fun, exciting, and stress-free. It is a far cry from other new construction experiences I have had. As a result, I am enjoying building my new home and watching this lovely community grow and develop. I am grateful to them for making the construction of my last, but very important home, a pleasant experience. I cannot wait for my new home to be completed and move in.

We had an outstanding experience working with both Zach and Phil throughout the process of building and purchasing our NV home. Phil was excellent from the very beginning. He was knowledgeable, consistently responsive, and always maintained a positive and professional attitude. Whenever we had a question or concern outside the construction process, he acted quickly to address it and ensure that we were taken care of. His dedication and willingness to help made the entire experience significantly easier, and we truly appreciated all his hard work. Zach was equally wonderful to work with as our project manager. We signed in June for a villa at Gerst Farms--moving from IN to be closer to daughter/grandkids. This is our first new build so we don't know what we don't know. Madisyn has been great to work with from the first visit to the model. Pleasant, efficient, timely and offers good suggestions. I have only dealt with Natalie briefly--she is welcoming and helpful. We are looking forward to being in a 55+ and the new adventures that await. Def a great experience thus far.

I had been searching for a new home that would give me the space and comfort I needed to live primarily on one floor, while also having enough room to welcome my family when they travel into the county or city. After visiting several communities, I can honestly say that none compared to Gerst Farms in terms of space, amenities, and, most importantly, customer service. When I first visited, I was warmly greeted by Natalie and Madisyn, who immediately made me feel welcome. They were kind, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right home. Natalie took the time to walk me through the model(Villa), as well as the townhomes. The Villas impressed me so much with their spacious layouts that I immediately called my daughter and asked her to come see the community for herself. When my daughter arrived, she was just as impressed as I was. She also immediately connected with Natalie. The two of them seemed to understand each other right away, and my daughter was genuinely excited for me. That meant a lot to me because I felt that Natalie wasn’t simply trying to sell me a home—she was excited about the possibility of me finding a home that was truly right for me. I felt so comfortable and confident in the community that I completed my application on the spot. Since that day, my experience with Gerst Farms has continued to be exceptional. I have received nothing but patience, kindness, professionalism, and consistent communication from everyone involved in the process. From Natalie assisting with the contract, to the loan officers, electricians, and everyone involved in getting my home to the point where construction could begin, I have felt informed and supported throughout the entire journey. There were times when I had questions or concerns about how everything would ultimately come together. Whenever I contacted Natalie, she was reassuring and patient. She would remind me that the home was going to be exactly what I wanted, exactly what I had selected and approved, and that it was going to be beautiful. Her confidence and reassurance made a difference during a process that can naturally come with a lot of anticipation and questions. What stands out most to me about Natalie and Madisyn is that every interaction feels just as important as the first one. Whenever I walk into the office, they welcome me and speak with me with the same warmth and attention they showed me on my very first visit. That level of customer service is rare. At this point, I am simply looking forward to the day when I can finally turn the key and walk into my new home. Natalie, thank you so much for your patience, kindness, professionalism, and reassurance throughout this process. You have been absolutely wonderful. My wife and I happened upon Rock Creek View almost by accident, or perhaps ordained by fate. We have been seeking new construction in the DC area for quite some time, but never found what we were looking for—until, that is, this development. We were floored by the dramatic journey to the site, from the lush greenery of Rock Creek Park to the stately homes lining 16th Street. And it only got better once we toured the model; we were particularly impressed with the abundance of windows and the thoughtful layout (practical yet elegant). I would be remiss if I left out Mark Schnurr, who made us feel at home and who has helpfully answered all our random questions with a unique blend of humor and expertise. We are extremely impressed with our entire experience with NVHomes at Cromwell. While the entire team deserves a well deserved shout out, we are extremely grateful for all of the help, guidance and assistance from our sales agent John Monacci who has always been timely, accurate and responsive with any aspect of the entire process from choosing the site, through patiently and cheerfully helping answer ANY question that comes up. No matter is too small for Johns attention, he even got us the specific paint colors from the supplier in the model homes so we could reference those and choose our own. As well, he has set up numerous 'get togethers' (ice cream socials, breakfast meetings, etc) for us to meet our future neighbors which is very thoughtful, as well as welcoming to our new home! Juliana was extremely helpful in choosing our interior options to make our home personal to our goals.We also were very pleased to have had the opportunity to work with Colin (our project manager) who was also extremely helpful to set up and coordinate meetings with the appropriate contractors for very specific requirements we had with an EV charger and specific conduit needed for specific AV requirements. The contractors that NVHomes uses for this development are top shelf; Vince Ercole from Ercole Electric has been amazing to work with as well as the team from Trinity with low voltage wiring. Without a doubt NVHomes is a machine when I comes to building and delivering a high quality product and community. We are very excited to move in this September and enjoy the many aspects of this wonderful community!

My wife and I visited the NV Homes model home at Rock Creek View. We were drawn in by the fantastic location in Takoma neighborhood, as close as you can get to Rock Creek Park without actually being in the forest. However, within a few minutes, it became clear that the most impressive aspect of the property was the home itself. We were astounded by how spacious the townhome felt, with an especially well-designed open floor plan centered on a gorgeous kitchen in the main living area. We were also really impressed by the rock-solid feel of the construction and the total lack of street noise, despite being right on 16th Street. The home was filled with high-end materials (countertops, floors, etc.) and appliances (washer/dryer, induction cooktop, etc.). Finally, we really enjoyed getting to know the NV Homes representative on site, Will Flynn. Will was super friendly and courteous. We asked a lot of questions (truly an obnoxious number of questions), covering everything from customizable elements of future units to minute details of the 1-/2-/10-year warranty that covers the home. Will answered every question graciously and patiently, never running out of time for us. Overall, this was a great experience with NV Homes.

Great experience visiting this new community in Manassas. Suzanne greeted us in a very welcoming manner. She took the time to explain the community and the surroundings in detail. The community is beautiful and the homes are reasonably priced. We also met Freshta and AJ who were also very kind. Overall, it was a great experience, this was our first time visiting this community and we were very pleased with the entire team. Hopefully, everything works out on our end so we can purchase our new house there.
