The only drawbacks of the home are the unfinished garage and the temperature gradation throughout the home (hot on the third floor and cold on the first floor) especially on these hot summer days.

I must admit that I was apprehensive about embracing a 55+ community, but by chance, I happened to stop by the model home. I was completely floored by the size and quality of the home, and how Melissa went out of her way to be a true consultant rather than a pushy sales rep. The short of it is that I signed a contract to build with NVHomes. Although it's early in the process, I can say that my experience has been over the top. It will be hard to let go of the large home where we raised our family, but I am excited for the next frontier, and I truly feel NVHomes has my back. Melissa was not only a knowledgeable expert, but she never just said "no" like the builder of our current home did. Instead, she simply stated, "Let's see if we can find a solution that gets the job done"—and so far, so good. She even went out of her way to introduce me to the construction team lead, Jack, who was professional and transparent in a way I haven't experienced even when building our third home. My wife and I are deeply impressed by this new development and have committed to purchasing on the units. First, we were very appreciative of the high degree of openness and depth of information provided to us by Jennifer and Emma, whom we met at the model house. They were both respectable and helpful, but most importantly, they demonstrated commanding knowledge of the various aspects of possible financing, the options that might suit our stated needs, and information on the surrounding community services. As second time NV Home buyers we were again pleased with the high quality of the build and the inclusion of options that are standard such as a deck, wood flooring in the main level area, an electric charger plug, and very high ceilings throughout the home. The other draw for us was the pricing of the units which in our case was quite important as a couple that is, retired, and downsizing and therefore not so keen on a mortgage. We have thus far benefited from NV’s staff help with selections of options without any push, and in a most transparent manner. Finally, that NV has a connected financing agency has been an option that if utilized allows for a significant cash contribution to closing costs, was quite nice. But, we were equally impressed that should we choose to buy using cash, then that benefit is not lost. Overall, we are very impressed by the staff of this developer, and by the quality product that they offer to the market for those considering main level living as retirees. Excellent.
