Although it’s a future build, both Suzanne and Zein have made the entire process extremely smooth - answering all our questions, guiding us through paperwork, and helping with scheduling. Another beautiful NVHomes community, conveniently located by shopping and toll road and close to metro (can even walk). The condo models are specious and the designs are well thought out. The HOA/Condo fees are lower than I’ve seen.
