Overall, I want to express my gratitude for his exceptional leadership and management of my home construction. His hard work, dedication, and expertise have been invaluable assets to my home construction. I look forward to witnessing his continued success and growth in the days, months, and years ahead. I am writing to extend my sincere gratitude for Mrs. Dayna Lipscomb exceptional support and guidance. Her adept negotiation skills and patient counsel have been instrumental throughout the process, ensuring a seamless experience. This has hands down been the best home buying experience that my wife and I have ever had. Full stop. As a former service member, we have moved quite a bit, and this is the fifth home we've bought, and the third that has been a semi-custom build. I can't say enough good things about the NV team: Dayna, Tony, and Blake. They have been more than just partners along this journey, they've become more like family - I say that because that's how they've treated us throughout the process. Dayna was always there for us from the time I scheduled my first appointment. She was consistently quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had during the sales process, and was a font of wisdom and helpful suggestions along the way. We still chat every time we see her, and I hope we keep up in the future. She made the purchase process smooth and very easy. She was never hesitant to come to us when challenges presented themselves, and she always came prepared with a solution Early on, Tony asked if I could remember the name of any of the other project managers we had worked with in the past, and I admitted that I could not. He assured me that after our home was done, that I'd always remember his name, and I'm sure I will. From the first visit to the site - I've never seen a worksite so clean and free of debris/trash, I can honestly say that I've never worked with anyone who worked so hard to make sure that everything went smoothly during the build process AND has consistently been available for months now after we moved in to make sure we were happy with our home and that there were no issues. He's always been quick to get back with us no matter what we needed. Truly a professional. After the purchase, Blake has been our warranty representative. As Tony likes to say, "If we delivered a perfect house, it would be the first perfect house ever built." Inevitably issues have presented themselves over the last few months, but Blake has always tried his best to get them resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. And when subcontractors might give us an answer we weren't happy with, Blake reach out to senior management at NV intercede on our behalf. We're more than completely satisfied with the service and support from our NV family. I guarantee, you'll never work with a better team of people, and I hope you're as lucky enough to have them as partners as we are!

After living at our previous home for 25 years and making the decision to move, my husband and I were looking for the least stressful experience. Dayna Lipscomb and Tony Kirchgessner made that happen! They were fully engaged every step of the way and made the purchase of our dream home an incredible experience! From the first day we walked into the model home and met Dayna we knew we were in the right place at the right time. Dayna was very welcoming and made sure all our questions were answered in the most professional way. When it was time to hand us over to Tony, our Project Manager, she stayed with us and made sure we were comfortable. The enthusiasm that Tony showed made us even more excited about the process. It was an amazing experience with Tony who in our opinion is one of the best communicators we’ve ever met. It’s been a great experience and now that we’re settling in, Blake Payne has been very helpful in making sure that everything is working well to our satisfaction and responds promptly. As a result of the good relationship, we’ve built with everyone, we still feel comfortable enough to walk over to the model home to say hello to Dayna and whenever Tony is in the neighborhood he comes to say hello to us. It has been a great homebuying experience for us and it’s because of the awesome team of Dayna, Tony, and Blake! Our experience is a testament to the incredible customer service and dedication of NVHomes.

While building a home brings excitement, it also can bring anxiety and stress. This is my second experience building a home, first time with NVHomes. My experience from the very beginning, visiting the site and model and meeting Dayna was so enjoyable. Dayna worked with me from day one and really catered to my needs and was so patient, considerate and kind. Then I met Tony, the project manager. Tony is way more than a PM and, like Dayna, was always available for any questions, super helpful and just a joy to work with. Jennifer at the design center really understood my vision and was so collaborative throughout the entire process. My home is complete and it is absolutely gorgeous and so well built. The neighborhood is beautiful and I love my neighbors. NVHomes has a great reputation and they really have earned it. Their quality of work and overall experience is 5-star. I would highly recommend them and this wonderful community! Thank you Dayna, Tony, Jennifer and everyone else who made my dream a reality!
