We went down to Tanager Woods to visit some friends who just moved into a new home there. We had no intention of buying a home. When we saw their home we decided to visit the sales center to look at some floorpans and the site map. Long story short, we bought. James (Butch) Booth was exceptional. He was helpful and answered all of our questions even though we gave no indication we were going to buy. We met some of the new residents and all were warm and welcoming. It seemed like a great place to live and since we were looking to eventually relocate , well, why not. Butch really did close this deal. He was a joy to work with.
