This is my first experience with new home construction so I was bit unsure of the process. David Katzker made the sales process a breeze. His professionalism and communication has been amazing. I was also impressed how NV Homes hosts events in some of the model homes so that incoming neighbors can meet and get to know one another in advance. I was also very impressed by the pre-construction meeting with our project managers Mike Sirna and Carlos Lucero. The meeting was very thorough and answered all of our questions. They provided a complete construction timeline. Construction began a couple weeks ago (even a day early) and it is moving along nicely. Mike keeps us up-to-date with weekly texts and the Photo Circle app provides us with current status of the project. We are lucky to live nearby for actual visits, but this is a great feature for those who live away. Again, the communication at both phases of the project has been superior. I anticipate that everything will remain on schedule for our early April settlement. This has been a fairly stress-free process, and I expect it to remain that way with my experience thus far with the staff of NV Homes. Thanks for all you do!
