She guided us extreme patiently during the buying process from the selection of lot site and interior options to the construction of our new home. When we first visited Maple Highlands, we knew this was home. Prior to our visit we weren’t really considering a 55+ community or duplex living. However, the moment we walked in the model, it felt nothing like we had in our minds. The duplex unit feels like a home with just the right square footage to accommodate our goal of right sizing. Amie Walters is the Senior Sales and Marketing Representative. She has been great. Amie’s warm, inviting personality has made this journey towards a new lifestyle that much more exciting. She has been a pleasure to work with making sure we had everything needed to come to a purchase decision. We recently had our pre-construction meeting with the construction manager, Tayler Stiles, and Amie. Tayler is a breath of fresh air in this role compared to other construction managers we’ve worked with under other builders. He is professional, accountable, dependable and considerate. It is evident that he wants our experience to be as flawless as possible. During the meeting several issues/questions arose, but both Tayler and Amie worked well as a team to follow up and address our needs. We are more than pleased with our experience thus far. We just moved into this wonderful community and we are so very happy!
