Gerst Farms 55+ Perry Hall is priced right, a fantastic value for the Villas while offering so many amenities & clubhouse for an active retirement community that is not available in the area. It’s walking distance Honeygo Village shopping. Our professional NV sales person Madisyn was transparent & went above and beyond in customer service. Cant wait to move in this much needed 55+ community & best of all a great value for the price!
