We entered the sales office at Tanager Woods on a lovely fall Sunday afternoon…without an appointment…and walked out new home buyers!! Our great blessing was due in large part to the knowledge, expertise and sincerity of the NV Sales Associate, Lindsay Knoll. Lindsay has been with NV Homes since 2008 and that meant a lot to us. Her longevity showed through in all our dealings with her. Tanager Woods felt like a place where we could be happy and content in the next phase of our lives. We look forward to the coming several months as our home will be built and meeting new folks and journeying together.

This was our first time building a home and we were nervous, especially when our Project Manager changed mid build. The new PM, Will, made the process not only seamless but pleasant. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable, had all the information we needed, answered endless questions and was always super responsive. There was an issue with the flooring from the manufacturer right before closing. Will went above and beyond to ensure we made it to closing on time and were satisfied with the remediation. We love our new home and are so pleased we went with Tanager Woods.
