We have been excited about seeing Gerst Farm for months, and it has exceeded our expectations! The homes are spacious and beautiful and perfect for our "othersizing" needs, with ample storage, a first floor master, and high-quality included features in addition to the many upgrades available. We wanted a neighborhood with easy outdoor maintenance and walkability to shopping and dining, and we weren't willing to compromise on a stylish beautiful home. NV will be providing us with both! Natalie Middleton made us feel like family from the moment we first talked to her! She is knowledgeable and passionate about her work and is warm, caring and so very friendly. She has done everything she can to make our buying experience easy and enjoyable. We can't wait to move into our beautiful new villa!
