We moved into LR community in March 2023. We are very pleased with purchasing an NV Home. Entire process was outstanding from the purchase to move in. Our sales agents Bridgett and Joe were excellent to work with. We believe we got a great value purchasing a new home compared to alternative resale townhomes which cost between $500-$600K with no garage and about 30 years old. For another $100K we got a brand new home with much nicer amenities.

My husband and I have been looking to downsize and we have found what we were looking for at Longview Ridge in Cockeysville. When we first met Joe during our model home tour he was great. He walked us through every detail and answered all of our million questions. He walked us through their home buying process in great details, so later on there was no surprises. It was our first time building a home, and Joe handhold us through the whole process from the very beginning to the settlement. Always available to answer our questions and help us with anything. When we wanted to make some changes to our previous selections, Joe was very accommodative and arranged for us the second visit to design center. It was a great help, and put us at ease with our selections. We also appreciated the additional level of details NV Homes provided such as multiple gatherings to give as an opportunity to meet our future neighbors. When it was time for our per-construction meeting we met our project manager Matt Morici. He went with us through every option and upgrade we selected to guarantee our house is built as we designed it. He did an amazing job building our home, provided timely updates and pictures. All estimated dates (from the begging to the end) were kept. The estimate was 4 months and that is what it was. At the end of the forth month we got our new home. Over all great experience with NVH. Highly recommend.
