Now that we have settled into our new NV Home at Bloomfields in Frederick, Maryland, we want to thank the NV team that helped us get here. First, our Sales Representative, John Monacci, encouraged us to take the leap and assured us that purchasing at Bloomfields was a good decision. He helped us overcome our initial fears, assisted us when we met challenges along the way, and overall exceeded our expectations for managing our journey. 5 ⭐️ Second, Carlos Lucero, our Project Manager, went beyond our expectations for communication and support throughout the project. His weekly updates kept us informed and excited about progress on our home, and his on-site availability and positive attitude after our move-in kept us sane through the (mostly minor) fix-ups post construction. 5⭐️ Finally, Mike Sirna, Production Supervisor, always offered timely, detailed explantations as construction progressed.
