We are very familiar with NV homes, and knew if we ever bought again, it would be with NV. We could not wait for Tanager Woods to open! We immediately joined the VIP list and when we got a call from Natalia Ovide, we were more than excited. We made an appointment to look at homes... and walked away having purchased a beautiful home. The quality, the responsiveness and the care put into every facet of each the process is amazing. And it doesn't stop there, Natalia -- the sales manager; Eric -- our project manager; and Jenn; our loan officer keep us informed and are so knowledgeable and kind to work with. We never even considered another builder and Tanager Woods has all the great amenities you'll ever need without being so overcrowded that you can't use all the great fun they have to offer. This is our second interaction with NVHomes and we have been even more impressed by the professionalism and attention we have received. We entered the sales office at Tanager Woods on a lovely fall Sunday afternoon…without an appointment…and walked out new home buyers!! Our great blessing was due in large part to the knowledge, expertise and sincerity of the NV Sales Associate, Lindsay Knoll. Lindsay has been with NV Homes since 2008 and that meant a lot to us. Her longevity showed through in all our dealings with her. Tanager Woods felt like a place where we could be happy and content in the next phase of our lives.
