We had been looking at communities (old and new) near Delaware beaches for a few years, dreaming about living by the beach. From the moment we drove into The Estuary we knew that this is where we wanted to be. The Estuary has beautiful clubhouse amenities with pool, fishing pond, trails, and more! Kathy Jacobs was so welcoming and helped us through the process of picking out the perfect home for our family. She was patient in answering our many questions and keeping us informed of community updates. Melissa Justice helped us through the mortgage process and made it painless. She gave us scheduled reminders for things needed before closing to ensure the closing was smooth and on time. Our project manager, Chris Truitt kept us up to date with weekly videos and messages so that we could see our house being built. He made himself available for tours of the house as it was being built (when we could get into town) and was quick to return our messages. Chris made sure we knew how to use everything in our new home at our pre-settlement walk through. He has also been very responsive to questions that we had after closing. We love our NV home and it is obvious that everyone from sales to closing really care about the people that they work with. They understand that it isn’t just about selling/ building a house but it’s making a home for their customers. We highly recommend an NV Home at the beach!

The best community in southern Delaware. Close to all the beaches, well maintained properties and open space with a beautifully decorated model. Welcoming staff, John DiPietro who handled our purchase was the best. They take the time to listen to you and don't pressure you. John took us on a tour of the community and the amenities and explained everything clearly and completely; providing details on all the community clubs, surrounding stores, restaurants and other points of interest as well. Once we decided on our home John spent the time with us to pick out options. Once the purchase agreement was ready he went through it completely to make sure we understood everything and explained the process in detail from signing to closing. We can't wait to move into our new NV home.
