I think we might have gone to the Tyler model home at least a dozen times, but Ellie and her team have been very patient and welcoming every single time! She has answered all of our questions thoroughly and if she did not know an answer, she would find out very quickly for us. We have been looking to buy an NV home in MD for a while now and we pulled the trigger on Wellington farms because of the location and their lot sizes which are bigger than most new construction in the area. We are currently waiting for our pre-construction meeting, but the process up until now has been very smooth. A couple of our friends have bought NV homes over the last year or so and they absolutely love their homes. I highly recommend based on my experiences so far and what I've heard from others. We are watching this community fill up so quickly especially in this high interest environment, so we imagine others are feeling the same way about NV.
